#2 At-Large Voting Rights
When on Tribal Council, Hoskin was a significant opponent of At-large rights. He repeatedly voted against At-large voting rights as well as funding. Trying to cut off and separate the At-large from the tribe. Since being appointed SOS, he has managed to smile, shake hands and attend all of the At-Large picnics. This might not be a flip flop as much as outright deception.
If you value your right to vote in Cherokee elections as an At Large citizen of the Cherokee Nation, you would be crazy to vote for Hoskin. He has a proven record on disenfranchising Cherokee Nation citizens who live outside the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation.
